This is not as racy as other 3D powered games. The enemies do
not keep shooting endless. Mario engages the monsters only when he gets in
contact with them. Along adventuring there are turn based battle sequences too.
The 3D effects during the top moments are just fantastic. Getting blown away
the modern style is a real prospect. Mario is joined by another five characters
as you progress through levels. Each of the five characters has unique set of
special skills which cannot be traded. Princess Toadstool has healing power
while Geno can attack offensively which comes handy in battles.
